Software
· Operating system: Windows 95 or later.
· For PowerPoint Displays Microsoft PowerPoint 97or later is required to view all the features of ORCA.VT and ORCA.VT plus presentations.
 For VT NET and Revise & Test NET which are designed to run easily on a Network or Learning Platform, the free PowerPoint viewer will operate these presentations. A copy of the PowerPoint viewer is included with newer systems or can be downloaded from Microsoft.
· For Word files, Word 95 or later or compatible word processing software.
· You will have to enable macros in PowerPoint to use all the features of VT and VT plus products. (instructions are provided in the product booklet)Hardware

·  4XCD ROM drive, · Sound card for some animations, but not essential.
· Hard disk space 18mb minimum installation maximum installation depends on the files you choose to install.
Projection
To project these products in the classroom you will need a projector, and conventional whiteboard, interactive whiteboard or connection to a large screen TV.
Installation
Installation is simple and automatic, full installation instructions are provided with the product.
Running the presentations
This is a simple process (just two clicks) but we supply instructions in the booklet and also on flash tutorials on how to run the presentations and clear help for those who are new to PowerPoint so they can quickly feel confident about using our products as a powerful teaching tool.
Adaptation
Being able to adapt a product to suit your students needs is very important to us. All elements and extra VT plus features are designed to be easily customised even the input of the animated characters. You can change the network versions as well. Full instructions and flash tutorials are supplied with the product.
